Fine Dining & Breathing returns for Episode 10 with a double feature that spans two boroughs and two completely different dining moods.

First, we visit Izakaya Fuku in Jackson Heights — a compact late-night Japanese spot serving garlic skirt steak, squid with shishito peppers, and ice-cold sake. Then, we shift to a spring brunch at Vineapple Café in Brooklyn Heights, where oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, and barista charm fill the air.

Both spots go under the five-point grading system — atmosphere, service, presentation, taste, and price — with honest breakdowns and no food snobbery.

It's been a while but I'm back with some fresh content! Finishing up the texas chapter, we have some very excellent german cuisine. I believe that they have 101 ways to prepare a sausage. Other than that, a critical review of a Jamaican restaurant along with suggestions as to what "not to do" to ensure a more positive outcome.
