    Delta Waves (0.5-4 Hz):


    Delta waves are the slowest brain waves and are associated with deep sleep, unconsciousness, and the dreamless state.

    Level of Consciousness: Unconsciousness or deep sleep.

    Theta Waves (4-8 Hz):


    Theta waves are present during light sleep, deep relaxation, meditation, and creative visualization. They are also associated with the dream state.

    Level of Consciousness: Subconscious mind, deep relaxation, meditation, and creative states.

    Alpha Waves (8-12 Hz):
