We are excited to have special guest Glenn Boothe on the podcast today. Glenn is a big part of the Better Dealers podcast helping us with production and distribution and it's a nice change of pace to have him in front of the microphone for this one! Michael and Glenn talk about getting started on something new. A lot of us are going to have to re-think our jobs and our businesses in the future. Document your past accomplishments and your past failures and the lessons learned. Write about how you envision the future of your industry and where you fit in it.
