“A lot of hearts have been broken, a lot of lives have been broken, and they just need the healing love of the Heavenly Father.”

The Busses are joined by another Māori friend from New Zealand, “Papa Jim” James Watene! Papa Jim’s life had a tumultuous start. As a child, he didn’t know that he had a name other than being called “boy.” After being removed from his mother’s custody, kept away from his father’s care, and placed in abusive foster homes, Jim longed desperately for a father’s love. And one night in his late thirties when he was contemplating ending his own life, he had an amazing encounter with his Heavenly Father and Jim was changed forever.

Papa Jim shares stories of how God is moving in the lives of the people he encounters in his community as he lives out his mission to share the love of our Heavenly Father with a world that needs Him so desperately.

The Busses are joined by more new friends from New Zealand, Richard and Sarah TeTau. Richard had a troubled upbringing, from sexual abuse as a child to drugs and violence, which ultimately landed him in prison. And that’s where he met Jesus. Richard’s Holy Spirit transformation led to a prison-wide revival, and today, Richard and Sarah and others have a vision from the Lord for a great revival from the ends of the Earth (New Zealand) that was prophesied by Smith Wigglesworth. Philip Buss heard these words in his devotional time recently, and he and Sharon have a conversation about God’s Heavenly pattern for living in His Glory. Everything on Earth has an original, heavenly pattern. But if we’re not paying attention, the things of the world can distract us from living on Earth by the pattern set out in Heaven.
