The WAKEUPGREAT! Podcast Ep.3 of Szn.3
Title: Goals & Aspirations with Special guest.
In this Episode of The WAKEUPGREAT! Podcast i welcome my son, Aiden, as my first guest. The episode focuses on how Aiden, as a young man, creates positive energy in his day.
Aiden shares his daily routine, which starts around 8:00 AM with brushing his teeth and making breakfast and a pre-workout shake before heading to the gym. He states that the gym consistently sets his energy for the entire day and makes him feel powerful. Before starting his day, Aiden avoids his phone, stretches in bed, and plans out his day.
A significant decision Aiden made was to graduate high school early at 16, with the motivation to get "mundane things" done as soon as possible to have more time in the future.
Aiden's hobbies, which he considers a form of meditation, include watching comedy or serious TV, playing video games (sometimes with friends or by himself to improve), and hanging out with friends or his cousin.
He emphasizes the importance of balance: doing necessary tasks like going to the gym and eating quality food, having family time, and then enjoying other activities.
Aiden also discusses a challenge within his friend group regarding loyalty, noting the importance of everyone having each other's backs.
Looking to the future, Aiden aspires to join the fire department around age 22-23, aiming to rank up to lieutenant, preferably in Florida. His dream car is a Nissan Skyline R35. He views firefighting as a passion-driven career, with money being secondary to support other activities.
Aiden describes the "Wake Up Great Podcast" as a relatable platform that offers guidance on conquering one's day and life. He advises listeners, especially teenagers, not to rush through life in pursuit of quick wealth, as seen in social media trends like "drop shipping". Instead, he encourages enjoying the journey, living in the moment, and understanding that money isn't the most important thing. He emphasizes being grateful for what you have and not comparing yourself to others.
This was a special episode for me please don’t hesitate to share your thoughts give it a 5 review and share, until the next episode, stay great my friends.
