What is Breathwork? Simply put, Breathwork is about using different breathing exercises to improve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Breathwork has been around for millennia. It is used in practices all over the world ranging from Pranayama (from the yogic tradition) to more psychoactive breath practices such as Conscious Connected Breath.
