    It's Black History Month for our followers in the USA which is the perfect opportunity to honor the matriarch of my family who made it possible for me to be the woman I am today.

    It was a total privileged to welcome my grandmother onto the podcast this week and hear her insight into some of the profound events and experiences she went through that we can all resonate with.
