Hello listener! It has been a while! I'm happy to say I'm back and for this meditation practice we do a  body scan meditation where we visualize a ball of energy and have it move through your body to bring peace and relaxation.

In more exciting news I am starting my own business for tarot, meditation coaching, and energy healing. It's called the Nickel City Mystic and I've been working hard to develop it!
