I've heard grieving parents say, you're not supposed to outlive your child.

In this week's highlight episode, I've put together a series of vignettes from last week's episode with Pat and Annette Carter and other mothers and fathers who have had the heartbreaking experience of losing a child.

The feelings and emotions are often similar as well as the grief process they work through in spite of the vast difference in the age of the child when he or she passed away.
