  • Vision Circle July Check-In: Joy
    2025/07/06

It’s July, and this month in our Vision Board Accountability Group, we’re focusing on JOY.
    Our affirmation is:
“Joy is not a reward — it is a practice.” 💛

We’re not waiting for goals to be complete to feel good.
Joy lives in the process. The walk. The breath. The quiet win. The song that gets you out of your head and into your body.

    Here’s your challenge this month:
🎯 Choose ONE joyful action and practice it once a week.
Dance. Rest. Create. Say “no” with peace. Say “yes” to yourself.

And of course — post in the group!
Let us see your joy. Big or small. Loud or soft. This space is here to lift and witness you.

You don’t have to earn joy.
You just have to make space for it.

💖 Keep dreaming. Keep showing up. Keep practicing joy.
