    We've all heard the saying time flies when you're having fun. I actually disagree with that. In my experience, time goes by slower when I'm having fun or experiencing something new like when I'm on vacation or quarantined for 14 days. I wondered why that is and finally I did some research so I can understand and can get more of that feeling of time going by slower in my life. As I get older, I don't want time to feel like time flies by.

Thankfully for what most of us want to achieve we don't have to experience near death to achieve it. But for those that want to become a Navy SEAL, it's what they have to face. For the vast majority of us our dream isn't to be a NAVY SEAL, but we can still learn from their mindset to help us achieve our dreams especially when it gets difficult.
