Ever wondered how a newborn puppy sees the world?

In this meditation, recorded with my children on National Dog Day, we dive in to the 5 senses according to a puppy from birth to 4 weeks old. This is a fun spin on the traditional 5 senses meditation and is family friendly - you may even learn a few things about what, when and perhaps why puppies can see, hear, smell, touch and taste things.

  • The Mommy Olympics
    2024/08/11

    Send us a text

There is no gold medal for being a mom - no competition. Each of us gets to collaborate with the gifts we have been given, forgive those that hurt us, and make the most out of the opportunity we have to pass the best we can on to the next generation and do our own healing work. In the end, we are competing with our own ideals of perfectionism around mommyhood.

In this episode (which my children make a surprise appearance on) we talk about witnessing the birth of puppies and what it means to be a good dog mom. Then I touch on "The Ballerina Farms Controversy" and what it is really all about... Being present to and bringing all parts of ourselves to the table.
