This week I'm sharing a little more about my own journey up until now as a guest on The Jackie Tann Podcast.
Jackie has some great questions and really gives me the space to finally speak about the most transformational part of my life to date.
I began having seizures in 2020 and they continued to happen sporadically for 3 years until I learnt how to really take care of myself and find a life pace that better suited my bodies capabilities.
It was very confronting at the time as my whole life changed overnight but as the dust settled I was slowly able to see how great of a gift my seizures were and how they literally shook me awake regarding my own health and wellbeing.
