In this episode we explore what I call the “ick cycle” - how to recognize it, and how to break free from it and return to love.
An important skill of a great relationship is being able to recognize these cycles, and to interrupt them as soon as possible to return to love.
We spend some time talking about what unconditional love means at the beginning, but then we get into the stages of the ick cycle, and what the practical steps are to get out of it, and we share 2 personal stories to illustrate the process in action.
