For this episode I’m joined by leadership coach and current (at the time of recording) President of the International Coaching Federation Calgary Chapter, Robyn Holloway, who discusses her journey in coaching.
Robyn’s career encompasses over 25 years of experience in human resources, consulting, media, law offices and healthcare.
Her love of learning and challenging herself led to her diverse career. After becoming a mum and juggling responsibilities, Robyn started to look for ways to bring more balance into her own life.
Robyn worked with a coach and felt like coaching was a natural fit allowing her to fulfill her purpose of helping others.
Robyn’s coaching focus is on helping leaders navigate change and transition while defining what leadership means to them.
Robyn and I go way back, so it was great to reconnect with her!
