Hope is Trust in God Extended into the Future. Holding onto hope will keep our hearts burning with the Holy Spirit. We must Hope and Trust by Surrendering to God. His Will Not Mine. Stay strong in following his will, trust in him through the discouragement.

Jesus,

I give it all to you. Please take this load that I am placing at your feet. I cannot carry it alone anymore. I need you to take it for me. Lift the weight off my shoulders and handle it how you will handle it. Not how I want it handled. You alone can help me carry this cross. You alone know the path you have placed before me. I give you the unknown, help me to trust in your plan, help me to not need to know.

A blessed Lent to everyone. As we journey through lent I will focus each week on one of the five pillars of serpent crushers. This week we dive into Trust. I mention a couple things in my podcast today. Fear can so easily stop of from doing God’s will but when we truly Trust in him he will carry us.
