    At just 3 months old, my son had no idea how close he came to losing his mother. Postpartum depression mixed with insecurities and pain, caused me to break. In this first episode, I open up about the darkest day of my life - the day I tried to end it all. I share the painful thoughts that consumed me, the shame I carried, and how I truly believed the world would be better without me. My then 3-month old son is now a 22 year old preacher- a reminder that there was more to my story than I could see back then.


    This episode is for anyone who feels like a burden and a failure. For anyone trying to decide if life is worth living. You are not alone and your story is not over. I have learned that it does get better and your life is worth living!
