Pim is a Nutritionist MSc and Certified Life Coach helping keto and carnivores with carb-addicted brains and emotional eating problems re-wire their brains to stop cheating themselves and stay consistent with their way of eating. Pim was following a low-carb diet for over 15 years without being able to address her carb addiction. She tried most things under the sun to address the issue, but none of them worked until she was exposed to a completely different approach which has nothing to do with diet, supplements, macros, minerals, or anything else externally. People who find themselves unable to quit the carbs while on a keto or carnivore diet don't generally have a food problem, they have an underfeeling problem. This is what she is teaching others to do so that they can quit the carbs permanently and experience what true food freedom feels like.
