The actions being taken in Jersey City—by its Mayor Steven Fulop and his administration—are harming human lives across layers. Citizens are being displaced, burned, targeted with direct energy weapons, and monitored through their own homes and devices. This is no longer simply a human rights issue. It is a dimensional crisis.
