Local churches hold a unique partnership in the gospel.
In this Koinonia Chat, Drew Tillman and Kyle Julius strive to strengthen the unity local churches have together in Christ, as they discuss how the Lord works among local churches today. As we learn about Kyle’s life and ministry among FBC Monroe we discover how Kyle was converted through a local church in New York, was mentored and called to ministry through the help of a church in the Southeast and eventually lead to pastor a church in the Pacific Northwest. Kyle says, “The energy I have is great because the Lord is the one supplying it. My desire and aspiration [for ministry]—far from waning even in the midst of difficulty, unexpected loss, and God’s painful providence in our life—if it waned then I don’t think I would be called. I’m just as zealous for the work now as I was when I got here.”
Kyle often writes articles at The Question Oak (https://kylejulius.substack.com/). You can learn more about their church at FBC Monroe (https://www.fbcmonroe.org/)
