There's a lot of huffing and puffing in the chat, with bloody good cause - these are serious issues, alright?!!!! Er, and they are also absolutely indicative that we are ageing at a rate of knots. Stomach knots. Let's get ourselves in perspective. And get it all out in a cathartic manner. Without getting stuck on any door handles, or missing out on Oasis tickets (well, actually Susie, there's not much you can do about that one...)
