We discuss how he got into reading fantasy and then writing it as well as his process. There is a very minor spoiler for the Bone Ships, but nothing major for the series. We talk about what he is going to work on next, after the Bone Ships and the Tide Child trilogy concludes. We discuss his approach to editing and working with Orbit Books, putting friends into his books and killing them off. We also answer questions from listeners and talk about some great TV shows that are on at the moment.
