Jacek and John are business partners. Their falling-out was marked by a series of vicious verbal tirades by John against Jacek, who was already in fragile health. Jacek sues him for emotional distress. Can he do that? We looked at what the Judge did with this one. 2. Jacob isn't allowed into a concert; he's too drunk. So he stumbles back to his car and starts to drive home, causing a fatal accident on the way.
