Sometimes things may seem a way they aren't and there is a much bigger picture to all of this. We also discuss the show Handmaids Tale and how its reflecting current evens in our country today. In this weeks episode I talk about my new ventures, the launch of my website and official company Life Interrupted & Co. We also talk about Johnny Depp and Amanda Heard trial. All the tea that was spilled about their toxic marriage. I also touch on domestic violence against woman and men.

We all have a story. We all have a past. We all have intuition, but do we all listen to it? 
When you believe in yourself, it carries you throughout your hardest times on this journey called life. This week I am joined by the talented Brett Ryan as he shares his lowest of lows and how he pulled himself out of the darkest place and blossomed into a successful hair colorist. 
From beliefs, too empaths, too medium to hair, Brett shares it all.

Family, friend or lover, YOU are worth more than crumbs. Too many times we accept bare minimum from family or friends because of the title they hold in our lives, but if you don't up hold that title then why should I allow you to have a seat at my table? Shouldn't the seats at anyones  table be filled with those that genuinely love and care for you? Who make an effort to be in your life and share moments and make memories with you? We need to normalize cut people out who don't make efforts or simply placing them in a category they belong in rather than who they are "suppose" to be to you and learning to know what not to expect from them other than what they who they are and have shown you. We are WORTH MORE THAN CRUMBS!

Talia Bailey on with me to share her struggles with her mental health and how she has come so far . We discussion things that have help us in our darkest moments.
