"And the learning and the tutoring and the executive functioning support needs to meet that child. Now what becomes challenging in traditional schooling is given the amount of students involved, given the lack of resources for teachers, is their inability to to really provide that personalized learning in a traditional classroom filled with anywhere from 20 something to 30 something plus kids per classroom, you're not going to get that."

"It's, I think, an opportunity for us individually, within our families, and on a societal level to really take a step back and think about what does success look like, especially for our children, especially in a world that doesn't necessarily celebrate some of the things like happiness and purpose and joy and connection and authenticity. "Current mood in just one word. I think probably since the age of maybe like 10. I would say determined because it. It's a word that encompasses your ability to grind, to push through, to overcome, but also I believe it encompasses the idea that. That there's something to achieve, there's something to accomplish each and every day. So a spirit of determination, a spirit of, we're gonna figure this out. It's going to be what it's going to be."

"Breaking down complex information. Is someone coming because they're really good at project management? Is someone else coming because. Because they are looking to understand more basics? Because they got this part, but they don't got this part. Everyone has a different way to be able to compliment another person. And in group settings, you want to be very strategic around how you study together and why you're studying together and what are you trying to achieve."

"And I could say the program that has done it the best by far or at least created the best foundation for this because, you know, different things happen differently in different classes. So sometimes you, you are kind of in your own world as a teacher educator. But they, they, first of all, they have a structured social emotional learning curriculum that all the teachers source from. So it's a similar curriculum. It's the same curriculum."
