We are back for another episode but this one is in reverse as I am the one in the hot seat. I sit down with my good friend Jye Tanner as he asks about the big challenge I just accomplished running from Geraldton to Perth. This chat talks about where the idea came from, a reflection on how each day panned out, and the reason behind the run with raising awareness of mental health.
