  • This week was a tough week, and I likely failed more times than I wanted. Not only did I fall short, but I also beat myself up about it. Maybe you know what I am talking about. Life hasn't gone the way I planned this week, and I kept telling myself "I should" have handled it better. That only made me feel worse about myself. Let's take a step back; let's look at this week again, with fresh eyes...eyes of compassion, acceptance, and love. We walked through this tough week with all that we had within us, and we made it through. I need to learn to see my days through this lens of self-love and compassion. Wanna learn with me?
