Part 2 - Lessons From Therapy is where I share some of the things I have learned about myself, and about life, through going to therapy and in particular having Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also explain how I view therapy, and the way I try to use therapy to support my mental health and my overall mindset. Jump in and listen to learn more.
