Mental Health and Me series - Part 3: Embracing Discomfort

  • サマリー

  • We are wrapping up the Mental Health and Me series with a present and future-focused episode. Discomfort can sometimes be very daunting and can be the opposite of what we might want to do, but in this episode, I discuss how embracing discomfort can be beneficial and help support you now and in the future. This episode holds some valuable lessons for me that I am still trying to learn, so I hope it can be beneficial for you, too.

Here is a link to the TED talk I mentioned:

As this is the last episode in the Mental Health and Me series, I want to remind everyone of the purpose of this series and the support that is available for you if needed.

Through sharing my experiences, I hope to raise awarenessand help people to better understand what mental health is.
