  • Endometriosis Meditation - For the Busy Days

    Mantras are important on stressful and busy days because they provide a simple, repeatable focus that can calm the mind and reduce anxiety - thereby helping to manage our pain.

    This mantra reminds us warriors that we can approach a busy day without fear or stress, because we’ve got all the tools we need to nail it. It was given to me by my amazing therapist years ago and helps me all of the time.
