Aaron Fernandez is the Defensive Line Coach at The University of Northern Colorado. Originally from Arizona, Coach Fernandez played at Southern Utah and then coached at SUU for 14 years. During his time at SUU, Aaron coached many different positions including Tight Ends and Offensive Line as well as spending time as the Special Teams Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator. Anthony Figueroa is the Head Football Coach at Marcos De Niza in Tempe, Arizona. Entering his 6th season as head coach, Fig reflects on his time at Tempe Prep, Mesa Community College and McClintock High School. Fig embraces old school and new school in order to connect with his players and continue to build a winning culture at Marcos.

John Bonaventura is the Head Football Coach at Temecula Valley High School in California. He is also the owner of FTBL1ST Training Academy. John is a Former NFL and CFL Scout and has worked in the football industry for over 30 years as a player, coach, scout and administrator. He has worked at the high school, collegiate and professional levels of football.

Mike Brown is the Passing Game Coordinator and Wide Receivers Coach for the Sonoran Sidewinders of the Hohokam Junior College Athletic Conference in Arizona. A longtime high school football coach in the state of Arizona, Mike talks about the transition from coaching high school athletes to recruiting them. He also talks about the importance of the HJCAC for athletes future since Maricopa County got rid of all Junior College Football in 2018.

Victor Santa Cruz is the Head Football Coach at JSerra Catholic High School in California. One of the top ranked High School Football Programs in the country, JSerra has a history of producing many College and NFL athletes. Coach Santa Cruz was the Head Coach for 14 years at Azusa Pacific as well as being the Assistant Head Coach and Position Coach at The University of Hawaii, where he also played as a linebacker. Coach talks about the JSerra Culture, Winning in the Locker Room and the Discipline of doing things just a little bit more and for a little bit longer.

Alex Fotioo is the Head Football and Baseball Strength Coach and Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Performance at the University of Central Arkansas. Coach Fotioo holds Qualifications and Certifications as a Strength & Conditioning Coach Certified, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Certified Speed & Agility Coach and Reflexive Performance Reset Certified. He speaks in depth about recovery and nutrition as well as discipline and UCA's Off Season format.

Ryan Felker is the current Offensive Coordinator at Basha High School in Arizona. He is the former Head Coach at Mesa Community College and has built two programs from the ground up: Desert Edge High School in Arizona and the Gila River Hawk of the Hohokam Junior College football league that replaced the Maricopa schools when the county got rid of Junior College Football. He was a major part of the start up of the league. Coach Felker shares his thoughts on the importance of Relationships, Competition and Coaches Growth.

Kory Minor is the Head Football Coach at Bishop Amat High School in California. A record breaking linebacker at Notre Dame, Coach Minor spent 4 years in the NFL with the Carolina Panthers.
