HEY GUYS!! This week, my voice is gone and/or sounds really annoying on the microphone. So instead of annoying you all with it, I am releasing an episode from Call Your Sisters that Kate and I never released. It was meant to be our last episode we would put out, but I never posted it for whatever reason. So lucky for you, you guys will still get to hear it. First things first, this week included… MY BABY EATING DOG VOMIT!!! AND I fell off the treadmill at the gym. Other than that nothing too note worthy, but the real meat of today’s episode is.. BIRTH. I am finally getting around to talking about my last birth, kind of sharing that birth story and then talking about being postpartum after dealing with postpartum depression and anxiety with my previous pregnancy.

TRIGGER WARNING!! I will discuss postpartum depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. Please take care of yourself while listening and turn it off if you need to.

LET'S TALK ABOUT BIRTH BABY!! Some highlights I talk about:

• I went into preterm labor with my third baby
• I experiences severe postpartum depression and anxiety with my second baby, so I was terrified to have a third baby.
• A stranger delivered all 3 of my babies.
• My contractions stopped when I was getting ready to push and it was so dead silent in the room you could hear the clock ticking

NOW let’s talk people pleasing. I am trying to recover from my people pleasing tendencies, so I’m going to share some of the things I’ve been doing.
