Slaves give up their power to the mob OR are people who haven't found the On & Off switches to regulate the external and internal suggestions that drive mindset and reality creation.

I asked my good friend and client KELSEY SULLIVAN who’s a California Nurse and holistic health practitioner, what she has decided upon, in the face of hesitation and fear, and realized/created for herself regardless of the obstacles. Success is a decision away.

Good News vs Bad News:

Everything is available to us. Who and what we associate with, learn from, listen to and the suggestions we accept as fact are the seeds planted for our reality manifested.

In other words, everything and everyone we accept into our reality will at some point become a constant in our own personal world.

Surrounded by negative people = negative thinking and results.

Surrounded by anxious people = premature moves and worrisome, desperate moves will be made.

Surrounded by people who express certainty and confidence = certainty and confidence will be tapped into and expressed.

Surrounded by grounded, calm and consciously directed minds = You’ll inevitably be the expression of the dominion of your reality.

Vibration + Frequency matters. This determines your presence, mindset, outlook and perception of your Self and your world. Good News vs Bad News.

Your Pain Is Trying To Get Your Attention.

THERE IS NO CEILING

Consciousness is expanding. It always has been. And now more of “infinite intelligence” Is becoming more readily available to us.

Why? The veil is evaporating.

The walls are collapsing. We’re awakening.

Keep this in mind: the darker it gets, there MUST be an equal and proportioned version of light available to access. This is an immutable Universal Law.

Whatever is being pushed out into our awareness, whatever we become conscious of, there is always another alternative version of that expression and awareness. This is the gift, the reward, the promise that our energetic, spiritual, and infinite Selves get to experience playing “Hu-man.”

We get it all.

And what we give our attention to, THAT EXPANDS.

To keep our ever expanding consciousness under control... fear, worry, guilt, shame and stress need to be at the forefront to interrupt our access.

"Show them the dark and make them feel hopeless." That’s the plan!

Now that you know, choose to direct your attention intentionally and choose to dance in the variations of light responsibly.

Life is never made unberable by circumstances but only by lack of meaning and PURPOSE.

Main Points:

• • Do everything with intention and purpose. If you don't, you'll find yourself doing things that are unfulfilling and empty. You'll feel like you wasted time.
  • Don't "kill time." Use time to your advantage, to serve you.
  • Purpose activates another version of you.
  • Override fears and your bullshit by seeing and moving towards a bigger purpose.

When you are WINNING: KEEP DOING THE THING that got you to where you're at.

When you are not winning: Do something different. Create a new pattern. Create new actions and new habits. 

CREATE A NEW ROUTINE.

Routines set you up for winning. When you have no routine, you're unpredictable and when you are unpredictable, you can't create a new future that aligns with success.

Lastly, realize that we are all programmed for survival, not to thrive. So, when you begin winning, you'll be instincually inclined to ease up and settle, resorting to your default patterns. Resulting in decline.

This is why its supremely important to KEEP DOING THE THING THAT GOT YOU THE THING.

I used to hate birthdays. This year something changed, this year I changed the way I choose to see myself and my life. Beacsue I changed my perspective, my actions changed and my whole entire experience changed. Self Love.

Learning how to fall in love with yourself is essential to your own happiness, to your success in relationships and to the way you interact with the world. That’s because of the law of attraction: what you put out into the world, you get back tenfold.
