Bo Crane is a trailblazer in Miami’s music scene, best known as the founder of Pandisc Records—one of the most influential independent labels to emerge from South Florida. With a career rooted in the heartbeat of Miami’s evolving sound, Bo played a pivotal role in shaping the city's musical identity, from the rise of Miami bass and freestyle to electro-funk and early hip-hop.

Before launching Pandisc, Bo made his mark as the founder and operator of the Florida Record Pool—an essential hub for DJs and tastemakers throughout the state that helped break countless records and connect artists with the club and radio scenes. He also served as Music Director at WEDR, one of Miami’s most powerful urban radio stations, where he helped shape playlists that defined an era and amplified regional sounds to a broader audience.

Starting with humble working class background, Al Gorgoni has been a major force in the music business in the middle 60’s. He has worked with Simon and Garfunkel, Bob Dylan, Van Morrison, Evie Sands, Barry Man and has had his song recorded by Frank Sinatra and others. He arranged many of the advertising commercials we’ve all heard.

Kurt Woodley is a one of a kind music man. While at Uptown records he was responsible for artists finding and developing artists like Mary J Blige, Tim Dogg, Heavy D and later at Sony music he found Cypress Hill, Kriss Kross among others.
