In this mini-episode of Soul Led Creative Women, Sam Horton reads an original poem taken from a personal reflective creative moment of her every day life.
This one is titled "No Place Like Home"
And asks the question:
What does “home” feel like inside your body, and how can you return to that feeling when the world feels too much?
Sam says: The poem explores what it feels like to be rooted in that space, where breath slows, colours soothe, and we can hear ourselves again. It’s not about escaping life, but about finding a way to come home to ourselves within it.
Take care,
Sam x
