What may seem like your greatest pain today can turn into your greatest strength. All you have to do is to have faith, and shift your mindset and believe that it’s possible to become the best version of yourself.
In this episode of the Prosperity after Prison Podcast, we speak with Gethin Jones, a formerly incarcerated individual who transformed his life by developing a high level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
Gethin grew up in a dysfunctional family where he was emotionally and physically abused and was often moved in between foster care and living with his biological mother. He was taken away from his family at a young age, which led to a pattern of self-destruction and a 20-year relationship with the criminal justice system. It was in 2006, at the age of 34, that he decided to change, believe in himself, and completely transform both his personal and professional life.
Listen in to learn how you can learn to stay in the moment and develop the best version of yourself after incarceration. You will also learn the importance of having a trustworthy support network that helps support and nurture you in your life after incarceration.
