Speaking of cocktails, today Matthew is drinking a Garden Mule while Ben is drinking a Peary Ginger Highball/Cocktail aka The Peary Gingerful Gingerish Highball or Whatever I Called it at the Beginning of the Show. Something Recipes below.
Garden Mule- 2 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Sage Simple Syrup
- 2 Fresh Strawberries
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- Ginger Beer
- Muddle strawberries and syrup in a cocktail shaker until strawberries are mush. Add vodka and lime juice and ice and shake until well-chilled. Double strain into a collins glass with ice. Top off with Ginger Beer. Garnish with a strawberry.
(A) Peary Gingerful (...)
- 1 oz St. Georges Spiced Pear Liqueur
- 1 oz White Rum
- 3-4 oz Ginger Beer
- 4-6 dashes King Floyd's Scorched Pear & Ginger Bitters
- Add spiced pear liqueur and white rum to a highball glass with no ice. Stir well to combine. Fill glass to the top with ice and add ginger beer. Top with the bitters. Do not stir.
