Real men don't cry, be a man - mental health and therapy

  • サマリー

  • In the second to last episode for the season we discuss mental health. During the holiday season this is an important conversation to have with yourself and your loved ones. This is in memory of Stephen Boss aka Twitch.

In this episode we discuss mental health issues and therapy. Men are taught to hide their emotions and to tough it out when life throws curves. Therapy is a tool that many can use to help them get through the rough times in their lives, but there is a stigma associated with it. We will share information we have found on this subject and discuss how we have used therapy in our lives.

Mr. F and D.W. talk about their experiences and have an open dialogue between two men in the hopes that we can foster a more cohesive and thought provoking conversation within our communities.

We aim to bridge understanding and empathy by open and honest dialogue. We are unmuted, unplugged and unapologetic so we can have open and unguarded discourse within our communities.
