Three games into the season, and the Detroit Red Wings have shown us two very different versions of themselves.
In the season opener, the Wings suffered a rough 6-3 loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins, where sloppy turnovers and weak defense overshadowed Alex DeBrincat's strong performance. But after making roster adjustments—benching Erik Gustafsson and bringing in Albert Johansson—the Wings bounced back in a big way, securing a shutout against the Nashville Predators with Cam Talbot standing tall in net.
