  • A Habitation that Leads to a Visitation | Matthew Bollinger | Chapel Hill
    2024/10/20

The metanarrative of Scripture is simply this: God is a Father who created sons and daughters with whom He not only desired to live, but also in whom he desired to live. Beginning with Adam and continuing with Abraham, the Father visited His creation in order that He might dwell among them. Therefore, His visitation became His habitation. Today, we are the Temple or habitation of His Spirit, so our hosting His Presence can and will lead to another visitation of His Spirit on the earth.

Join us in Chapel Hill as head pastor Matthew Bollinger shares a message on the nature of habitation and visitation in our lives today.

  • A Tale of Two Sons | Kathy Campbell | Mooresville
    2024/10/20

What does it mean, "Jacob I have loved, but Esau I have hated" (Romans 9:13). This speaks of God's plan to work through Jacob, who valued the spiritual inheritance that came through his grandfather, Abraham, while Esau seemed to have little value for his inheritance. It's not about personal hatred but about God's purpose in choosing Jacob to carry forward the promise. In the same way, we shouldn't settle for less or become casual with God.

Join us in Mooresville for the conclusion of our Women's Retreat as guest speaker Kathy Campbell shares word about our calling as God's chosen on this earth.

Grace is a very common topic in the Church. So often when developing a belief system about Grace, we ignore the second half of the Grace message, choosing only to focus on the celebration of the forgiveness of our sins. But, there is empowerment in the power of grace for how we are to live our lives.

Join us in Wilmington as guest speaker Cory Meade dives into the other side of Grace and how it can have meaningful impact in our lives.

  • The Day of Atonement Destroys All Fear | Matthew Bollinger | Chapel Hill
    2024/10/13

The Day of Atonement, also known as Yom Kippur, is a holy day in the Bible that symbolizes the Lord's purification of His people. Under the Law in the Old Covenant, it included rituals and the sacrifice of two goats: one for the sins of the priests and another for the sins of the people. However, we no longer need sacrifices or rituals because Jesus is the final Atonement for us! His atonement met every requirement of the Law, therefore destroying all fear in our hearts.

Join us in Chapel Hill as Head Pastor Matthew Bollinger encourages us to let the joy and freedom of Christ's atoning work to set your heart free.

  • We Are Heavenly and Human | Byron Wicker | Mooresville
    2024/10/13

Jesus Christ was and is fully God and fully Man. As His followers, we don't have to choose between spirituality and humanity—our experience is meant to be both. Our humanity is part of who we are. In the resurrection, we won't stop being human; instead, we will be transformed into the fullness of what God always intended: redeemed, glorified, and perfected—heavenly and human (1 Corinthians 15).

Join us in Mooresville as Senior Pastor Byron Wicker invites you on his exploration of our identity in Christ.

  • Go in Peace | Ryan Meade | Wilmington
    2024/10/06

Jesus sends us out into the world with His peace, as seen in Matthew 10. That peace is not only a part of God's character but also a vital aspect of the Gospel, and we are invited to embody and share this peace in our communities. In a world filled with turmoil, we are called to bless others with the peace we've received, as illustrated in Ephesians 6:15. We are also encouraged to take peace with us into the world as a result of the encounters we have with Jesus.

Join us this week in Wilmington as Head Pastor Ryan Meade reflects on how we can actively go into peace, making a difference in our lives and the lives of those around us.

Join us in Chapel Hill as Senior Pastor Byron Wicker shares his revelations on the truth and purpose of God's house, and how to steward it well.
