This episode is a heartfelt throwback to my previous podcast with John Pignetti, called “The Voice And Rizzles.” In light of John Whalen’s unfortunate passing last week, we are reposting our sit-down with him to honor his memory.

John, a devoted husband, father, brother, and cherished member of the gym community, was taken from us far too soon. Our original episode was removed when we discontinued the show, but given John’s profound impact on our lives, Pignetti and I felt it was essential to re-share it so his voice wouldn’t be lost.

We love you, Big John. Saying goodbye is always hard, but it’s only temporary as we all embark on that journey one day. Long live Big Whalen. We’ll see you on the other side, brother.
