  • After a long week, I finally managed to get this episode recorded. Today I'm talking about nicotine addiction. For the longest time, I've been making attempts to free myself of nicotine. From using every nicotine replacement therapy product you can think of, to stopping cold turkey, to even attending a seminar on stopping. Alas, I have yet to be able to maintain stopping completely. A story shared probably by most who are smokers or any nicotine equivalent substitute. I talk about growing up around smoking, the attitude change society has had towards it over the course of time, my experience of smoking, and then stopping but falling for the substitute of vaping, and what the future looks like in regards to nicotine addiction as smoking becomes a thing of the past. Will there ever be a day the world is free of nicotine, or is it just too profitable a business for that ever to be a possibility? Apologies that this one is just me constantly branching off and going on tangents, it had been a long week!
