On September 7, 1996 Tupac Shakur was shot while in the passenger seat of his car moments after attending a Mike Tyson boxing match at the MGM in Las Vegas, Nevada. Six days later, on September 13 he succumbed to his wounds leaving behind a legacy of music and big screen performances. Now, 27 years later an arrest has finally been made in his murder case. What caused a young man's life to be cut so short? Is there anything we can learn from all the violence that occurred in the East Coast versus West Coast rivalry of the 90's? And after all the smoked had cleared, who won anyways?
