To be mindful:

Be present - mindful living centers around being fully present in the current moment. It involves cultivating awareness without judgment, allowing an opportunity to engage more deeply in the experience.

Gratitude & appreciation - practicing gratitude is the key aspect of mindful living. Acknowledging and appreciating the positive aspects of life fosters a sense of contentment and joy.

Cultivates compassion - mindful living extends to cultivating compassion, both for yourself and others. Recognizing shared human experiences and approaching oneself with kindness contributes to overall well-being.
In being mindful it allows for you an opportunity to dig deeper within yourself and explore the amazing skills that you have been blessed with!
