Saying “Sorry” with a heart: What makes a genuine Apology

  • サマリー

  • There are important aspects of an apology that make it meaningful and can heal relationships.

Although forgiveness depends primarily on our own emotional state and it’s our own process to forgive , an authentic apology can repair a friendship and open doors again that may have been closed due to a misunderstanding.

    I share in this episode:

    - the meaning of a “real sorry” and a superficial “sorry
    - a letter of apology that turned a difficult situation around completely and solved it
    - what is our responsibility to own and what doesn’t belong in our apology
    - the overuse of the word “sorry” and the loss of its power (and how to restore it)

Hi dear human, thanks for being here. I hope this episodes helped you in some way - or that at least in inspired you to know yourself more deeply.
