In this episode I describe a few realistic examples which reveal a pattern of deceit and manipulation even very early in our marriage. Because I was groomed to trust and "obey" from the beginning, episode 1 highlights a few significant moments and personal experiences in our sex life and family life as examples of how sexual predators often gain control by establishing a strong emotional bond, demanding complete trust, encouraging dependency, and then pushing their victim's personal boundaries. The process may be subtle at first but typically devolves to the use of fear, intimidation, threats and violence.

In episode 2 begins with some clues, important pieces of the puzzle that will come in handy later. I’m also sharing a few more episodes from early in our marriage which reveal longterm secrets and manipulation.
