This life can be very confusing. There apparently is no manual and we seem to have to feel our way as we try out different paths. This journey uses the metaphor of waking up in a sailboat without knowing where you are or how to deal with your new circumstances. You have to piece together what needs to be done for yourself. This is what empowerment is all about.

To understand power we need to feel it. Thinking about it doesn't get us very far. And there are many perspectives on power. Every being has their own version of power. In this journey we will explore what power feels like for a whale, a land animal, and a bird.

Getting to know what true personal power feels like is an important step in being able to summon our power as we need it. In this journey we will use a whale as a symbol of our power and explore riding this whale as it swims deep into the ocean.

You live in a world made up of how you look at yourself. Your self image creates the experiences you get to enjoy, or not. This is an opportunity to consider your current self image and to look at other ways of looking at yourself. This journey is light way of seeing yourself in different ways so that you can perhaps pick a self image you like better and try it on. Come in and have some fun!

In this journey we go into four rooms: the room of mirrors, the theater of the mind, the room of the Heart, and the room of cosmic perspectives. The more we understand our inner world, the more we can create from there and change things as needed.

We carry bits of the DNA of all of our ancestors. Today we want to explore one of our four great-grandmothers to see what her life might offer us today. In this journey we will both observe her as she goes about her daily life and ask her questions that might be relevant for us. This is a useful kind of journey we can make with any of our ancestors, and even our descendants.
