Their primary focus lies in Positive Psychology, where they are investigating the trajectory of human development towards greater complexity. Nhat's research explores whether this growth continues indefinitely, along with its potential benefits and costs, and examines how constructs like purpose within Positive Psychology can promote this developmental path.
