I (Jason) welcomed a 2nd child and I (Jason) and immensely worn out. That said, our enthusiasm for video games hasn’t waned and there is a ton to be pumped about this year. We begin with a thorough discussion on the all the warranted hubaloo surrounding TV’s hottest show, The Last of Us. We also touch on what some of the worries are as the show moves into eventual TLOU2 territory with it’s announced renewal. Of course, what we’ve been playing and a lot of surprising critique about God of War Ragnarok and its disappointing finale. Erik played the Wo Long Fallen Dynasty demo, Warzone (of course) and Forspoken, along with a few others we’ve been venturing into. E3 is in trouble, again and rumor has it the Big 3 aren’t joining the party. We’ve moved on from Tunic, it just didn’t grab us like we wanted and our new game recommendation is Dead Space Remake. Scared yet? Musical intermission is The Witcher 2 Assassin of Kings Main Theme And as we come back from break we get into everything 2023 has in store for us games wise.
