Adam Cooper was living a life of excess. Booze, drugs and big nights out. Spending thousands on dollars over the weekend, leaving him exhausted, depressed and filled with anxiety as he tried to push through his working week, before doing it all over again.

But something happened, he switched off the desire to party. Got help and is now back in the driving seat again, completely turning his life around and his bank balance isn't the only benefit.

I came across minimalism during one of the darkest periods of my life and I am eternally grateful as I don't know where I would be today without this discovery.
